Daily work on our goals helps us move forward. But too much action without learning will not ensure our long term action. So invest a part of your time in learning to stay sharp while you work to grow.

Which is your primary social channel for content consumption?

If you don't promote yourself no one else will. So start doing it before it's too late.

Weekend vibes: Music, fam, good food and overdose on sleep.

Imagine what's possible if you are focused and high on 'calm' energy all the time.

Those thinking the old times with no phones and internet were better for our minds. Maybe but what if we used what we have now (tech and connectivity) to learn, connect, and share — and then used our ability to choose what's good for us to keep screens away and do what matters.

Make part of your rest active, where you are not idle. For active rest do something that’s different from what you usually do. Make something, move your body, and break your mind from your mundane.

Can't find time to do what matters? Ditch your screen for a couple of hours a day and invest the time to do the work. You'll surprised by what you'll accomplish in those hours.

You can't control the future. You can't predict what will happen in a year or a decade. But you can control today. So make today good. When you do that, the months fall into place. The years take care of themselves.

When overworked (and need to do more) choose sleep over entertaiment to relax. Why? Because sleep relaxes you and entertainment just diverts your attention and does not recharge you like sleep does.

Weekdays spent well make for a happy weekend. It’s true the other way around too.

Have you taken an off-the-grid vacation? Any tips to plan it well?

Are you on X (Twitter) to get attention or pay attention? Your choice will define the value you get out of it.

Want to know how productive you can be? Notice how you work on a tight deadline and you'll get your answer.

The best way to improve your writing: Learn the basics of good writing - use simple words, no or fewer adjectives, vary sentence length with mostly short sentences, and avoid passive voice. Get into the habit of trying to improve whatever you read and like.

Our talent, knowledge, or network won't help us if we are not fit. So take care of your body while you can.
