The below building owner from Thantlang wrote on his personal facebook account that “this building was given by God in 2002 and taken by God in 2021. Thanks God for renting us 20 years”. Junta torched Chin state Thantlang town and more than 130 houses have been burnt down.

Before and After the Coup, SAC is destroying not only cities but also people’s lives and their homes. For people who live in hilly regions, their houses are all they have. It took years to build up a place where your family calls ‘home’. It’s heartbreaking.
