Took a @lyft last night and the driver waited 2 hrs to end the ride resulting in a huge, fraudulent overcharge. The @AskLyft CS bots rejected my dispute. I can't get through anywhere else. @davidrisher I know you care about creating great driver + rider experiences. Can you help?

Perhaps I observed the famous #WarrenBuffet quote a bit too strictly, but we never over-hired during the boom times (we probably under-hired). We're ready to throttle-up responsibly. Are you? #hiring visr.io/3hEywBr

We've just posted a new role on the team -- a senior software engineer, full stack. We're looking for someone with about 2 years of experience who is excited about building really slick customer experiences. Interested or know someone who is? hubs.li/Q01mVFh30

Jeff Bussgang's right - now is the time to play offense. We're about to scale up the Visor team, and we're going to be hiring for virtually all roles. Our first hire will be someone to help with talent acquisition. Interested? Let me know. hubs.li/Q01lS24c0 #teambuilding

Just like Maslow suggested a hierarchy of human needs, I believe there's something similar for businesses. As I analyzed my prioritization and thinking, I formulated this hierarchy, which explains the rough ordering of how I think and how I solve. What would yours look like?

Nesting isn't just for birds. It turns out that the strongest indicator of @visordotus users retaining and upgrading is formatting & coloring their data. "Its mine, now, so I better make it nice." #buildinpublic #freemium #productledgrowth

We post the Visor #productroadmap and #releasenotes publicly. People often ask: "Aren't you afraid competitors will use it against you?" Short answer: The upside of community-building far outweigh the risks. #buildinpublic #communityledgrowth

Scaling a remote team is hard. One solution we came up with is a weekly CEO Note email. Unlike tactical standup meetings, this provides an asynchronous and scalable way to reinforce priorities. Today marks its one year anniversary. hubs.li/Q01d6PGn0
