You people are funny sha. Do you not know that custody battles are messy??? David has cast aspersions on her ability as a mother, and you think she shouldn’t do same? When it’s your own child that’s involved, fight gentle gentle, okay?
And this is it! Seeking custody out of spite rather than genuine care. Literally every matter we’ve handled where the father is seeking joint custody reeks of this and it’s annoying tbh.

Note that the argument is always "don't get divorced it'll ruin your children" rather than "don't neglect, cheat, and abuse your spouse, it'll ruin your children" The actions that lead to the divorce are the problem not the partner that finally draws the line.
