Went to Philly for an evaluation today. Doc says my lungs and right heart numbers are stable. He also agrees ME/CFS is contributing to why I took a downward turn. Nice to be validated. Scary, chronic diseases though that will never go away
My hair has been shoulder length to long I think since the ‘80s. Today it still feels like I have a ponytail. Like the phantom pain people get after they lose a limb, I have a phantom ponytail (I have a headache)

ME/CFS and pulmonary hypertension are a curse. These days, the latter is stable but the ME has taken off like a rocket. If anything it’s MORE debilitating. I did marathons up until 2021. Now taking a shower is a marathon I must plan my day around and conserve energy for 😡

The Stevie Nicks concert in Hershey didn’t happen last night😭. But I understand. I pray for the band member who had the emergency. Maybe I will be one of their nurses tomorrow. That would be really awkward. I soooo wanted to see Stevie though. I doubt she will tour again

Here I am after two months and being told not to exercise with my ME/CFS diagnosis. But I am going insane not doing ANYTHING. I plan to go as slow as I need to and leave early if I have to. It’s just nice to be around other people again #otfharrisburg #orangetheory
Today was a stark reminder that I still have panic disorder after all these years. I thought I put these to sleep. I never get used to them. I had one long attack all day, feeling like I was going to die. Thank God for THIS guy. He helped me a lot today!
