Sheff Utd were in League One when Chris Wilder took over. He got them promoted twice and secured a top half PL finish. It’s an absolute disgrace that he can lose his job after one bad season in freak circumstances (global pandemic, no home advantage, fewer resources, etc).
A very sad day! Chris Wilder has taken Sheffield United to the Premier League. And he would have taken them back next season (if going down). Chris has been the perfect manager for a club I was fortunate to be a part of in the 90’s
