Currently Dover Rd at Lylewood Rd is SHUT DOWN for a 2 vehicle crash. Northbound traffic on Dover Rd is being detoured down Lylewood Rd. Westbound traffic on Lylewood Rd is being detoured northbound onto Woodlawn Rd. Please find alternate routes if possible.
MCSO units have responded to a single vehicle crash on the 4100 Block of Tarsus Rd. Involving a utility pole. CEMC will be conducting repairs and the roadway is expected to be shutdown for approximately an hour and a half. Please find alternate routes of travel during this time.
MCSO and THP are working a traffic crash involving a sedan and a motorcycle at the intersection of Dover Rd. and Old Dover Rd. Several lanes of traffic are shut down. This incident is being investigated by THP. and no other information is available for release at this time.
Deputies are currently on I-24 mm 15.8 west with a crash with injuries. We currently have one lane blocked due to vehicle damages. THP is on the scene conducting their investigation.
Be advised that at or around the 12 MM east bound towards Nashville, there is a very deep defect in the roadway, use caution when driving in this area and try to avoid it if possible. There are defects in both lanes of traffic. Numerous vehicles have sustained damage.
First responders are currently on the scene of a traffic crash in the 4900 block of Guthrie Hwy. Guthrie Hwy is completely shut down at this time while the Tennessee Highway Patrol conducts their investigation. Traffic is currently being diverted down Hampton Station Rd.
Good morning Montgomery County! We’ve had a snow filled evening and the roads are covered! Although snow trucks have been working diligently throughout the night, our roads are still covered with ice and snow. Please be safe if you have to commute today.
At 10 a.m., @myTDOT and @THPNashville will briefly close I24 eastbound at the 19 MM to assist our Critical Incident Response Team as they continue an investigation of a previous incident at the 24 MM in Montgomery Co. Please be patient; the closure will last approximately 1 hr.
We’ve already had 3 traffic crashes and several others over the past few days caused by leaves in the roadway. Please be careful when driving over leaves. It can be similar to driving on ice. Be safe Montgomery County!
MCSO Units are working a traffic crash in the area of Hwy 76 and Bradbury Rd. A utility pole has been damaged and must be repaired. CEMC has told us that this may take "hours."
