Our Internet Banking and Mobile Banking is working as normal.


We know some customers are having issues with Internet Banking and Mobile Banking. We're sorry about this and we're working to have everything back to normal.


Credit cards are now back to normal. We're sorry some of our customers experienced issues.


We know some customers are having issues with their credit cards at the moment. We're sorry for this and are working to have it back to normal soon.


On Saturday 17th June our tech teams are working on our Online Services and our Mobile app. We’re sorry, but you won’t be able to use these services from 00:30 to 06:50am on Saturday. All our other services are available.

Internet and Mobile Banking is now back to normal. We’re sorry some of our customers have had issues logging on to them today.

Some of our telephone lines will be closed on Monday 19th September, for the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
