Published open access @NursingInquiry today. Considers how issues in conceptualising MH nurse role & function arise from our ‘being’ as MH nurses (& much of our ‘doing’) being situated within the sphere of intersubjective relations. #MHDeservesBetter doi.org/10.1111/nin.12…

The investigation was also told that there is no specific competency list for registered nurses (mental health) and that this is needed. (6/7) #MHDeservesBetter

It was felt that mental health had been “sidelined” with limited recognition of the elements of mental health nursing that are different to general adult nursing. (5/7) #MHDeservesBetter

Another podcast-style audio summary using #NotebookLM. This time, my most recent article diving into #intersubjectivity & how this relates to the 'being' of #MentalHealth nursing. It really breaks the article down making the ideas accessible. Listen here: bit.ly/3BMxHAG

Recently introduced to Google's NotebookLM & used this to create an audio review of our "Damaging Dichotomies" paper. Impressed at how well NotebookLM handles our papers content, creating an accessible summary as a podcast. Give it a listen!: lnkd.in/e-HHNZPb @Keirwales

Great to have you on board @slmanickum🙌Super conversations today - improving patient care at the heart of these. Looking forward to future sessions and thanks for the feedback! 😀

Had an excellent day at @UCLan on the #NU4309 module today. @mbhaslam your lectures are reigniting my passion for delivering patient centred care to people with personality disorder! We looked at formulation today, it just makes me enthused to do more.
