A change we’ve made to our extensive plyos is allowing the ATH to feel different shapes while redirecting forces. Here’s an example of our diagonal straight & bent-leg ankle jumps, bounds & hops. These are a great way to teach COD principles, rhythm & awareness of the 🦶.

Simple but effective!

I'm a fan of ideas for training in small spaces. I have been using this 4 part change of direction series on a low box for years.
