People speak of hope as if it is this delicate, ephemeral thing made of whispers and spider's webs. It's not. Hope has dirt on her face, blood on her knuckles, the grit of the cobblestones in her hair, and just spat out a tooth as she rises for another go.
I LOVE doing the “thing” (coaching / delivering) … but the joy I get out of my team being amazing coaches / deliverers and going over and above is EVEN better! Proud of #TeamVGA this week … so much super stuff going on! Thank you @VGAGymnastics 👏

Today we mark 58 years since the Aberfan disaster - one of the bleakest days in our history. We will never forget those who lost their lives, most of them children. The strength shown by the community who faced the unimaginable continues to be a shining example to us all.
