A4: Because of the growth I experience in working with my team, I am providing more engaging and relevant learning experiences for my students. Plus, students grow when they see adults model collaboration and teamwork. #ReedyChat @ReedyLions #rhsroar

Q4: What impact have you seen on your team's performance and ultimately student performance (as a result of building relationships with your colleagues)? Be sure to use #ReedyChat and the Q1A1 format. @ReedyLions #rhsroar

#reedychat I love that we're all connected by our passion for helping others! @ReedyLions #rhsroar

A3: Building relationships with my teammates reminds me how much I love helping others, and how much I love learning from others. I work with THE MOST AMAZING people and I am a better teacher because of them. #ReedyChat @ReedyLions #rhsroar

Q3: What have you learned about yourself as a teammate in doing this? Be sure to use #ReedyChat and Q1A1 format. @ReedyLions #rhsroar

A2: This reminds me of the quote "you are what you do, not what you say you'll do." Trust is key in building relationships, and follow through is vital. Being consistently kind and compassionate help too! #ReedyChat @ReedyLions #rhsroar

Q2: What strategies have you tried to overcome challenges you may have encountered in building those relationships? Be sure to use #ReedyChat and the Q1A1 format. @ReedyLions #rhsroar

A1: One key in building relationships this year is being truly present. After a year being stuck in zooms, it's been amazing to find joy in the togetherness again. It's important to set aside the endless to do list to make sure people know that THEY are my priority. #ReedyChat

Q1: How have you intentionally built relationships with your co-workers/ teammates this year? Be sure to use #ReedyChat and the Q1A1 format. @ReedyLions #rhsroar
