Six years ago, the A’s celebrated their 50th Anniversary of being “Rooted in Oakland” by giving away free tickets to all in attendance. They took pride in their fans, and their fans took pride in them. Oh, how much everything has changed. #Athletics
I haven't been to Chase Center, but every friend who has gone says the same thing - the energy is weaker, tix are too expensive, and the people there often seem bored. Oakland gets so much shit but you will never have more fun then going to a game in Oakland, esp compared to SF.
