Let’s be clear on the “borders bill”. It can strip ANYONE with the POTENTIAL of two passports of British citizenship with no right of appeal and no notice. It also criminalises anyone trying to RESCUE refugees from dying in the channel. Priti Patel cheered its passing. Pure evil.
It's true numbers of asylum seekers have not gone up & it's true the UK takes in fewer than most other countries But if we saw a huge increase & we were one of the biggest refugee hosting countries, Patel's hateful, ineffective & dangerous approach would still not be justified.
