It's quite obvious that we are not training enough physicians in our province.
When is something going to change? The govt (be it provincial or federal) is completely incompetent when it comes to crime prevention.

The Sask Party's focus on recruiting HCWs from abroad doesn't seem to be working as a long-term solution considering the low retention rates. Training people in Saskatchewan for these jobs, people who live here and stay here might make more sense, not?
Why does this seem to be such a difficult concept for our govt to grasp? With such an impending shortage of HCWs, shouldn't we be increasing the number of HCWs we are educating in the province? The govt continues to go on and on about recruitment though. google.ca/amp/s/www.theg…
