Introverts have unparalleled intuition. They can't be lied to. Don't even try. They just know shit. Don't know how they do it. They'll just look at you casually and boom! They'll catch you. They may play along, laugh and nod, but trust me, they're just being kind. They know.
Asking someone “Why are you so quiet” has never turned an introvert into an extrovert in the history of ever so maybe stop doing that.

The reason it is so important to focus on teachers' strengths is because most teachers are highly agreeable and highly conscientious. They already know their weaknesses because that has always been the focus in education, and because teachers are their own worst critics.
For teachers to be “All In” in 2023 doesn’t mean they have to be at school til 7 every night. Doesn’t mean they need to take school work home with them every night. Doesn’t mean they need to work every weekend w/ planning or grading. This isn’t All In, this is Burned Out.
