I know masks have become a partisan issue — but it’s a patriotic act. Experts say wearing a mask from now until April will save more than 50,000 lives.
Literally felt like a blogger "unboxing" 25 packages but it was really just 1000 orders I placed on amazon from me to me.
HAPPY NEW YEAR! Besides for it being the year that my son was born, I am not at all sad to see 2020 go! SEE YA!
When you get the chance, take the vaccine. Do it for those who lost their loved ones. Do it for the ones who took their last breath too soon. Do it for the thousands of people who have risked their lives going to work to care for others. Do it for yourself.
Being pregnant during the peak of the pandemic while working as a nurse WITHOUT adequate PPE was SO mentally challenging. I questioned EVERYTHING about humankind and my profession. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and it is shining so damn bright!
#VACCINATED against COVID-19! Hopefully this is the beginning of the end. Proud of my fellow nurses, doctors, pharmacists and ALL healthcare/essential workers. Never have I been more proud to be a nurse, and never have I been more afraid as I was in 2020.

This is not very Holiday-ish of me.. but somedays, I would LOVE to runaway to a remote location with just my husband and child with no access to phones and the internet. Basically, I just need a mental break from everything but my immediate family.

5 months ago, our son was born weighing less than 3 pounds. He spent 1 month in the NICU. Today, he got to visit the nurses and doctors who took such good care of him. We got them some sweet treats and gifts for the babies in the NICU over the holidays. My heart feels so full

the thought of an eventual organ transplantation would cross my mind. I tried to keep it a big secret, but it feels good to let it out. It's hard because I don't have symptoms. It was found accidentally after a work up for a complicated pregnancy. My baby boy saved me in a way.

With COVID-19 spreading exponentially, why are people STILL not wearing masks correctly?! I went in for lab work today and saw a handful of people with the mask under their nose.
Reconnecting makes my heart SO full! With everything going on in the world, it feels good to slip right back into familiarity
