What a great careers day! The fabulous speakers included a GP, vet, lawyer, visual effects wizard, physiotherapist, and an artificial intelligence expert! Each speaker explained their career path and answered questions from the children. @BucksHealthcare @thecsp

We need to redefine what 'getting better' means. Medics give us the foundations to get better. Physios and OTs give us the methods to get better. If we miss out on that we may not actually get better and we remain stuck in a mid-way place neither debilitated or better.
It is done , and very successfully at Worthing hospital. Physios bring valuable skills to the minor injuries team and learn lots from the ED nurses and doctors too @SaSSyWagner @ACE_UHSussex @uhsussex
