Spoke with Gov. Cooper about this earlier today. NC lawmakers plan to override his veto on a voucher expansion bill next week. Cooper said they should let the veto stand and spend those dollars on Helene recovery instead. I asked NCGA leadership to respond; they did not. #ncpol
