REACTION to #COP29 pledging event for the Fund for Loss & Damage. "Today, only one country pledged to the fund. This proves that voluntary contributions aren’t enough—loss and damage funding must be a core part of a serious COP climate finance goal," said @Oxfam's Nafkote Dabi.
