There’s a huge difference between self sacrifice and a man choosing to let you die actually. That’s horrible

Years and years ago, my husband (then boyfriend) had a discussion about "save the baby or save the mother" situations, and he said he would save the baby, and I was incredibly hurt. Then I gave birth, and that reaction I had at the time is flat out embarrassing to me.
