Not surprising the NBA didn't want to continue working with TNT whose coverage almost entirely consisted of crapping on the product and thinking it's very funny and good to not know who half the league's players are. Compare how the NFL's media partners cover it vs TNT w the NBA

Honestly, it makes sense she's not on the team. Clark has been playing essentially non stop since November and she could get burned out quickly. She could use that time to rest and get even better at her game. I think she'll be on the 2028 team though.

I agree. I love the NBA, but I can tune out and pick back up when I want. The NFL and CFB you can't really because every game matters.
I feel like all sports minus NFL and CFB ruined their regular seasons by expanding playoffs and having so many games. NBA, MLB, NHL = regular season games are completely meaningless these days. Also, fans having access to every game doesn't make national games special anymore.

It's a condition fans have. They cry for newbies yo het pushed/"used right", WWE gives them top guy/girl level push, they become popular and over, and then suddenly (mainly the IWC) turns and hates on said person for no reason simply because they're winning and being used

THIS. Who gives a flying crap about ratings? Unless you work for Nielsen or whatever network, you should not spend time worrying about the best mathcup for ratings.
