Been almost 5 yrs since the Editor of Australia's largest women's media group republished my story of PA with the aim of starting a convo about the role of men in modern families. Convo started (see comments) but has much changed? #ParentalAlienation mamamia.com.au/alienated-pare…

You cannot address misogyny without also addressing misandry, empowerment of policies addressing misogyny inherently also means that there needs to be SCRUTINY and PENALTIES for FALSE accusations, otherwise, what are you saying? Only women need to be protected and men do NOT even…

Enforcement of laws and policies around violence should be genderless yet today violence against men and boys is minimized, for years now, Men are nearly twice as likely as women to be a victim of violent crime and among children, boys are more likely than girls to be victims of…

Too often experience of men & boys is minimised, hidden - as in this headline. Sextortion is recorded as #VAWG crime - violence which "disproportionately affect women & girls." 91% victims of sextortion are male. @jessphillips x.com/ManKindInit/st…

I'll be on BBC Radio4's #AntiSocial for a full hour (eek) today, trying to persuade @AdamFleming, @DrProudman (and you) that the Home Office classifying misogyny as 'extremism' might not be the solution that this (very serious) problem requires. Do tune in if you can.

Domestic abuse has never been a gendered crime. The ONS figures clearly show that. However, the discriminatory agencies esp @womensaid wish to keep the £m rolling in, irrespective of the damage to children and innocent dads. 70% of DV allegations are false.

We're calling for local authorities to fund specific DA services for women, in recognition that #DomesticAbuse is a gendered crime. At 100,000 signatures, this petition will be considered for debate in Parliament. Let's keep going! ➡️ petition.parliament.uk/petitions/5777…

1/10 X is going to be censored in Brazil very soon. While there is still a window, here's my small contribution to people in Brazil who are interested in articles on male psychology. (Thanks @DeLuksevicius for the translations). Please RT to show your support for Brazil.

128 million girls AND 132 million boys are out of education worldwide. Why do you only ever mention the first bit, and never the rest. Do you think boys are less deserving of education than girls?

Discrimination and marginalization have no place in our education systems. Thanks to UN_Women for promoting inclusive education and empowering girls and young women worldwide.

Most victims of violence, statistically, are men. Most victims of arguably the worst outcome of violence - death - are men. Why are they excluded from the conversation? The BTP report highlighted violence against women. It was silent regarding violence against women. Bias!

Jess Phillips, the minister for safeguarding and violence against women and girls, said that the level of violence, harassment and sexual offences committed against women on public transport is “unacceptable”

Positive announcement: An initial mailing to MPs has resulted in 11 new MP members for this APPG. It seems that more MPs are aware of, and concerned about, men&boys issues than 3 years ago. (To re-form the APPG we need to find two of them to be chair and vice chair.)

Those who follow the issues closely might expect DCC Maggie Blyth's report into Violence Against Women & Girls to have a section on 'Male Victims of VAWG crimes' as Home Office continues to insist 'VAWG' is a crime type, not restricted to female victims. > bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…
