Interesting observation, I’ve realized that sometimes it takes a complete stranger to reveal your truth to you. Sometimes it can be so difficult to see it’s as if it’s hidden behind a thick fog or, at times, an entire wall. Often, you need help to guide you toward it.

Don’t let the harsh light of social media make you think your life is a failure. You may not be the perfect person but that's okay because (a) there isn't such a thing and (b) no one else is either. Bloggers & influencers are real people just like you. Go ahead and keep scrolling

I work with some of the most brilliant and successful people on earth and get paid to help them figure out what isn’t working in their daily lives. Most importantly, I get to help clients be vulnerable with someone other than themselves.

How do you get rid of negative thoughts? The good news is if we are realistic about our negative thoughts, and prepare for them, with practice we can actually get better at minimizing their impact on our lives. Give me a call if you need help muting negative thoughts.

New drinking game idea! If you see this post you legally have to drink some water. Consider it personal self-care. Seriously. Tag someone who needs to see this.

Do things that make you feel good: for me, it's memes that make me laugh. People may not understand why you want to take a break, but remind yourself that you deserve to take care of yourself. Taking care of yourself makes us more effective at taking care of others.

The most difficult person to convince you are worthy of your dreams is often yourself. You will have setbacks and failures. We all do. Don't let them defeat you. Be your biggest supporter. Push past the negative thoughts and create something beautiful.💜💪

Done waiting for the right time? Start something once. Start something twice. But whatever you do, start!

We have all been here and the only way out is through. Learn from the past and focus on the now. You will be amazing one day but in order to do that, you have to keep pushing toward your future.

That’s how I used to feel. Now, I support people just like you because of the incredible feeling that comes from helping your clients see their authentic selves and find the confidence to live it. Come join me, send me a DM to schedule a call.

A year ago I would have never imagined that I was going to be where I am today. While you might not be in the place where you thought you'd be, take a step back and reflect on your journey thus far. You are doing a great job

We’re all on our own journeys and when you put it in perspective, you realize that there isn’t a wrong way to go about it. You’re where you are for a reason and growth is often uncomfortable but always necessary.

Yes, you could be thinner. You could be smarter. You might even be a better speller. If you let yourself fall into those traps it can be hard to get out. But here's the thing: nobody's life is perfect and comparison is an unhealthy habit that kills contentment. (Yes, I said it.)

Give yourself a clean slate this spring— 1. clean out your physical space 2. clean out your mental space 3. clean up any unhealthy relationships in your life

I help my clients make room for the things they really want in their life by making it easier to clean out everything that’s not important.
