Still waiting for @BurgerKingUK to respond to my emails about taking a payment when I didn’t receive my order. One reply patronising me and then no response to my replies. This happened on the 5th January and it’a not good enough.
No response from @BritishGasHelp after sending a message on 23/12 after not receiving my bill. Account still is still showing the bill as pending almost a month after it was due. Still no fix to smart meters not working or sending meter readings. What is going on?

Just watched this weeks #24hoursinpolicecustody and I seriously can’t believe that the actual criminals got away with a suspended sentence and community service and the man trying to protect his family got sentenced to 22 months. What a joke.
