I don’t “just start” anything. I spend weeks, sometimes months and years ruminating on it, over and over again. I do my research, get my stats, I watch other people do it and learn... I never start until I have a plan that makes me feel more confident about being successful at…
I overthink everything. Every single thing. That content. That conversation. That plan. That task. I overthink so much, that it sometimes leaves me paralyzed✋🏽😔

I don’t think most people understand how painful anxiety is. It physically hurt. Sometimes it feels like your intestines start twisting and you feel like throwing up. Smallest thing can ruin my day. Overthinking alot of things. As someone with anxiety, I can’t do inconsistency.
