IGMH interns are not paid bc internship agreement clause 2 states :“The Intern acknowledges that the Intern is not an employee of the Hospital/ Civil Service and is not entitled to any wages/ salary/ allowances etc throughout the duration of Internship program”
According to current pay structure the basic salary of an intern is 8720 + 150 per day, which is actually more than the proposed 400 per day, but since they are not paid it does not matter that a pay is mentioned. Just hope this time they actually get paid.
