Ecclesiastes 7:14 In the day of prosperity be joyful, and in the day of adversity consider: God has made the one as well as the other, so that man may not find out anything that will be after him There will be good days and bad days darling. You do not have to be prefect.

Ephesians 3:20 and to Him who is able above all things to do exceeding abundantly what we ask or think, according to the power that is working in us ❤

Many people got healed, had their lives changed and their loved ones risen during the ministry of Jesus on earth because of their faith. The harder it is to take the step, the bigger the victory to come. Do not let your fear or past hurt keep you from moving forth to your purpose

What is holding you back from taking that first step into your calling or breaking away from that toxic trait or friend? What is holding you back from moving towards healing or that first counseling session? Facing our fears is uncomfortable but at sure way to get over them.

Your mental health is more important than your career, your money, other people's opinions, that event you said you would attend, your partners moods and your wishes combined. If taking care of yourself means letting someone down, then let someone down.

Loneliness is a common feeling most of us go through but is rarely talked about. Loneliness is a state of mind that is closely linked with mental health issues but is not in itself a bad thing because it helps us realise areas in our lives that need fixing.

High-functioning alcoholics manage to seem normal (unlike the stereotype of alcoholism), sober and attain achievements in grand careers. And their lifestyle is maintained by denial and their tolerance level.

Most people grew up with fathers that drunk excessively. It was considered the norm as long as he provided for the family and wasn't physically abusive. That has contributed to the misconceptions many of us have about #AlcoholUse Disorders. #MentalHealthAwareness @MethaliSeries

Improving our knowledge surrounding alcohol enables us create a positive and responsible culture around it, to not only protect ourselves but also identify people around us who might need help rather than abandon them. #AlcoholUse #MentalHealthAwareness
