Feeling a bit nostalgic as my 18yr old didn’t continue with his A’levels. illness and burnout changed his path and he is now on his way to becoming a qualified electrician. Still couldn’t be prouder of all he has achieved and always thankful to the people that have helped him ♥️

Eliza is really sad. She was supposed to be competing in London, then doing a mad dash to Repton for camp. For the last two weeks she has been amazing with land training, but I know camp week will be hard. Love to all xx

Could have been a fantastic week for some of our swimmers. Would have been the first day of Olympic ‘Trials’ We all just wanted to say a big well done to all of the @COLSC2013 swimmers that had qualified, we know you would have smashed it. 💪 Bigger Better Stronger 2021.
It has shocked me to hear today that there are not enough ventilators in one of our local hospitals, to the point that if you are over 50 they will give the ventilator to the younger person. This has come from two people who are working on the frontline 😢 I would like the choice
