What embarrassed me about my country? Almost all politicians use their government positions as their primary source of livelihood. They run not for public service, but actually for vested interests. To me, that is EVIL. 😏
I’m sorry but being nice and wanting to help the poor are NOT enough qualifications for public service. You also need the intellectual wherewithal, skills, and relevant experience to come up with good policies and to navigate your way in the bureaucracy to get things done.
