Quite certain the "buzz" @MLB Commissioner Manfred is hearing is coming from flies on, well, you know.
Rob Manfred says there is “buzz” around adding a "Golden At-Bat" rule to Major League Baseball, per @jaysonst This rule would allow a team to choose one at-bat in every game to use their best hitter regardless of where they're at in the lineup.
Andy couldn't be more correct about Manfred -- he has been horrible for baseball.

If Rob Manfred is the one who came up with this and/or thinks it is a good idea, he should be fired immediately. This would be the single dumbest thing in all of sports. @MLB should also fire anybody else who thinks it is a good idea.
