we must consolidate this historic victory with the symbolic rehiring of all cancelled victims of wokeness to jobs commensurate with the ones that were taken from them for example i would be an excellent Trust & Safety officer for X. RT if you agree
Here’s one of eleventy million on presidential immunity you flubbed hard
2/ "But any executive immunity that may have protected him while he served as President no longer protects him against this prosecution."
I count at least ten tweets where you’ve been notified once again regarding all your wrong tweets based on your childlike interpretations of the law which SCOTUS and other appellate courts have recently ruled. Why don’t I hear thousands of tweets being deleted?
Heres another of eleventy billion on the topic of whether a state can disqualify a candidate for federal election. You flubbed this one hard too.
Trump's disqualification trial in Colorado was not a criminal trial. It was a CIVIL trial.
It appears no FPOTUS has challenged these (unlawful) restrictions on their PRs. Probably because they send some underling designee to deal with NARA and no issue has ever come up that makes less onerous availability required.
Here we have a guy who endorses discrimination by private businesses against their customers just like old timey racists used to argue until we made them stop.
It’s been a week now and this guy still doesn’t understand the difference between the term “possession” in an ownership clause and the lack of that term in the “maintenance and custody” clause which requires the “owner” to have the property available with unrestrained access.
Nobody's arguing that Trump (or designee) cannot have access to Presidential Records at an NARA facility, while they are in NARA's possession & control.
