I have moved off Twitter, find me on .radio. 😉

Congratulations @K2ET_WNY on your picture in December's QST (pg 78)!

Thanks for the new grid @k5zm_ , I hope your trip is going well!

As an FYI, the NYS Thruway stretches from the PA line near Jamestown NY/Erie PA all the way to Albany and then South towards NYC.

New post: "Amateur Radio Newsline Report 2351 for Friday November 18th, 2022" is ON THE AIR!!! #hamr #hamradio ift.tt/sit2nLu

My EM48 / K-0779 logs have been uploaded to LOTW and POTA. Contact me if there are any issues.

That is the end of satellite passes from EM48/K-0779.I will be around for the next few days but unlikely to get back to the park. Might be able to get something in from around the hotel.

Good first pass from EM48/K-0779, at least 2 more passes to go. Trying 2m simplex as well, managed to get 1 contact before the AO-91 pass.

Planning on a #POTA activation from K-0779 Gateway Arch National Park tomorrow. FM only, planning to be there 2022-1108 1500-2100z.

Anyone happen to have a recording of the 20221010_020936 SO-50? My recording did not work.

Oh, I remember this wonderful pass.

Attempting #JOTA contacts on Dstar while traveling north to home.

Turns out that the ferry ride is 2.5hours not 2, and one requires a special permit to operate in the Dry Tortuga's National Park. Found that out when I arrived with RS-44 already at 90°. 😢

It just struck me how awesome it would be if we had an AO-7/RS-44 height satellite in the orbit of the CAS's.

No contacts on CAS-4A, will try again tomorrow night. EL94 tonight and 🤞(hopefully) EL84 tomorrow.

CAS4A EL95 about 15 minutes

There is hope that I will be able to get to EL84! nps.gov/drto/learn/new…

FN10 in 10 minutes.
