The velo isn’t the only thing we were able to improve. We dropped the arm a little and cleaned him up. We put him on a pre&post throw routine, recovery program, and weight regiment. The arm is healthy and he’s never felt better.
@anaanthatrill came all the way from Nassau, Bahamas to improve his velocity. After his assessment, we were able to put together a personal throwing and lift program for him. In a 6 week period he went from 83mph to 90mph. This could be you!! Contact reggie@c35baseball today!
