40% of urban car journeys are under two miles. Drivers need to stop using "the elderly and the disabled" as an excuse for towns and cities being overrun with far too many polluting and dangerously operated motor vehicles.
We need cars, until there is a 24/7 safe transport system that can safely take the elderly and the disabled without problems.
