They love blaming these charges on "mid-cycle" changes and proration, etc... So shady, fraudulent, pervasive, just outright scam.
3/ insisted on evidence/confirmation etc that she had proven the phone had been returned etc. Here's the transcript of that communication.
The worst is the data access fees. You already pay for a data plan, why the fuck does anyone have to pay to then use the data plan they're already laying for? I questioned this many times, I could NEVER understand how they could justify it, and how they expected me to sell that.
The sad part, is that this company really doesn't care about their customers, nor employees. Employees get the same treatment: Don't get what was told to you in order to get you to sign? "Should've read the fine print." I left that place as soon as I could. My mental demanded it.
I feel like this is the business model for many companies these days. Call customer service (overseas), get the run around, get transferred, put on hold, call gets disconnected, repeat every day until you give up. I’ve been going through this process with @Citibank since 2017.
This happened in 86 and in 2012. You have twice been told to winterize. You chose to be greedy and play the odds. People died because you gambled on the weather. Nobody should send you a penny. You should be sued by everyone.
Price gouging is illegal, isn't it? Smh
Are you out of your minds? Those of us that had power AND STILL CONSERVED IT are getting rates jacked up? I'm not paying 4x the amount I normally would increased demand or not. Customers should NOT be eating the cost whatsoever. @BetoORourke @JulianCastro @Ron_Nirenberg
