Coaches are key for mental health support but why don't coaches talk about it more with athletes?
Well getting up at 4:00am daily is such a habit now that I can’t sleep in. That and got a lot on my mind. Mainly thinking a lot about the kids I coach and how I can address their overall mental health. I want them to know I’m there if they ever need help. @jorondamontano #discuss

When we lose legends :( we should never lose their stories. His pursuit to play his sport, be the best and just be allowed to do so is so motivating for my soul.
