1,600 Uefa UK coaches Spain - 12k plus Germany 4k coaches. So instead of investing in more courses for less money to work towards producing more coaches the FA would rather pay 11 Mill a year for a German to coach our national team. Make it make sense to me 🤷♂️
So, the German FA set the UEFA A course at £500 to encourage more young coaches to get qualified. Spain is 1k plus and has enough courses to meet demand. We charge 4k & most have little to no chance of even getting on a course due to over-subscription. The result of that
