I have a problem with my account for over 2 months and I have complained to every one you advised me to ,but you did not ratify the problem after all your company promises ,after 2 months now I haven't used my account.what a company.

I have asked severally if this is Bet9ja email ( support-message@bet9ja.com ) they asked me for ID and i sent,but they did not change my old account email which was hacked and I have been going through this problem for over a month+,you told me to write to contact us which I did


Someone is contacting me as Bet9ja with this email, Is this really Bet9ja email address ( support-message@bet9ja.com )


I am Ashamed to call bet9ja a company which cannot ratify am email problem over 40 days.
