How do you target a specific market on tik tok ? My understanding is that they share content locally first. Or am I wrong ?

This is a cope for being incapable to control your thoughts. It is easy to see bad and evil in the world. Accepting that darkness will always be there and continuing to live life is what makes you smart. Letting what you cant control, consume you, is definitely not smart.
