Trying to get a prior authorization approved for a patient of mine who needs a cardiac procedure. Initially not approved , submitted more info, a week later still not approved and requested a peer to peer (phone call w insurance doctor) my staff called three times... (1/2)
Spending an hour on hold each time. Finally on the third day got through. Phone call scheduled several days later where I imagine it'll ultimately get denied anyway. This is American healthcare.
Today I was proud to join leaders and community members in Adelphi to announce the first cohort of grant awardees for the ENOUGH Act – Our first-in-the-nation place-based approach to addressing poverty in Maryland.
This Saturday from 10am - 1pm, First Lady @DawnFlytheMoore and I are excited to welcome you to Government House, or as we like to call it, the People's House. We've made big strides as a state this year, and we can't wait to see you all and celebrate as we look forward to 2025.
Maryland is one of only states in the nation that bans the sale of beer and wine in grocery stores – it's time for a change. Lifting this ban puts people first and makes us more competitive. I look forward to working with our legislative partners to pass this overdue change.

Joe never even attempted to remove DeJoy. He could've appointed new board of electors that could've voted DeJoy out. Just like Joe tried to reach across the aisle with people that tried to overthrow his election. He appointed a coward as AG. Now, here we are. Thanks for nothing.

When my PRIORITY mail wasn't delivered DAYS after date mentioned verbally & in writing, USPS told me that they no longer guarantee to deliver mail by the date promised, & I should pay for EXPRESS mail if I want packages delivered on time. How dEjoy is still there is a REAL SHAME!
