spoke with too many german founders that base their business model on regulation. In Europe we have a certain degree of GDP created due to regulations so complicated that we need SaaS for it. Russia builds a war economy, Europe a bureaucratic economy.

I also feel, that a lot of SaaS VC will have a rough sea to navigate. It feels like we are at a tipping point where 20$ AI tools bring more speed then a huge new funding round. I think this is exciting and likely pushes VC back into its origins.

VC backed paradigm is being smashed by indies. 99% of VC-backed founders I know either shut-down, scaled down, operating at loss or pivoted into optimizing for profit. A random indie maker (let’s call him Pieter) alone launches 12 startups in a year while a team of 12 in a VC…

Taking a train in Germany is either great or the absolute worst. There is nothing in between.

How do you run a good async meeting across departments? I appreciate any help. Memes are welcome.

Peak hype when taxi drivers talk about it.

Omfg did half the world apply to YC or what? It's all I hear about right now. In the gym. In the coworking space. In all the online groups I'm in. Even my taxi driver was talking about the pitch he submitted wtf.

To succeed as a startup, you need a 10x better solution. For B2B Startups, this means 10x ROI for the customer. With 10x ROI and almost no change in processes, you can overcome inertia.

I just signed a document in style with @documenso Usuing my new freelance contract template :) Check it out! app.documenso.com/share/yxge3m46…

# scheduling workloads to run on humans Some computational workloads in human organizations are best "run on a CPU": take one single, highly competent person and assign them a task to complete in a single-threaded fashion, without synchronization. Usually the best fit when…

Currently, screening some job offers in the market for a new job role we want to implement to get a "feel" for the market :). 90% of all job advertisements are very poorly written by an LLM. I think it is a super low-hanging fruit to write a good job advertisement these days.

Blend physical work with remote work. Does this work also for Berghain in Berlin 🤔?

In South America I saw this too A LOT Many hotels, shops and office buildings had remote security people and doormen You can see them and they can see you Not sure where they work from but might as well be the cheapest country in South America (or the world!) Remote jobs…

[founder sales] is there a solid b2b founder sales playbook for AI startups 0-83k on the web? pdf, google doc, anything? I did a quick Google search but got nothing. thanks for help! if not, I write the first version.

Super hyped to be an early adopter of @documenso . There are only 17 seats left. The deal is a steal and signing automation on a open trust infrastructure is the future. Buy this license while you can and thank me later. 👋

Reading a tweet is a bit like downloading an (attacker-controlled) executable that you instantly run on your brain. Each one elicits emotions, suggests knowledge, nudges world-view. In the future it might feel surprising that we allowed direct, untrusted information to brain.

the idea of product market fit does not age very well in AI. I think pmf in AI is a state where you start to pull in and merge markets that had clear boundaries before.
