Officials claiming a voting system is secure because there is no proof of fraud, make a devious claim since there is also no proof of security. A secure voting system would have public evidence of registrations and chain of custody of ballots. That does not exist today.
Now is the time to appoint a Czar for more security in the voting process. Results should not be based on administrators, collectors, counters, or thousands of poll watchers, but on valid registered voters. The standard and process exist. It just needs to be implemented.
Voters have spoken with help of poll workers and lawyers watching and curing. It’s now time to fix the voting problem. Proper registrations and evidence of chain of custody of ballots are essential for a healthy voting ecosystem—and for governance to remain on the right track.

Registering ballots is a first of nine steps to modernizing the voting ecosystem for more security and transparency. The new administration would want to do that for all time. The previous would not.
Elections are in your hands with detection of malicious activity with: 1) ballots registered with unique identities 2) public record of chain of custody of ballots 3) counted ballots are marked by registered voters 4) authentication validates counted ballots are same as original.
