I spend a TON of money with @Verizon When my phone stops working, I should be able to make a quick call to @VZWSupport @VerizonSupport and have a quick resolution. Instead, I've wasted hours talking to far too many people and I'm awaiting yet another person to get me off of hold
It takes just ONE customer service experience with @USPS to figure out "so THAT is why they're going broke." Wow. It's hard to imagine another entity that cares less about its customers which is crazy because they work for US!!!

The Norfolk @Marriott is a total miss. Hanging trim pieces and wall paper with mildew in hall.1/2 hour spent in concierge lounge this morning and NO sight of an attendant. Many tables dirty and guests having to clean tables to sit down.
Trying @DoorDash one more time and hoping lunch is not crazy late again. Door Dash has great potential with a great list of restaurants, but making me wait twice as long as promised is getting old.
It went downhill from here. It took about fifteen minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and another 30 minutes for our order to arrive. My pasta was dried around the edges and had clearly been cooked a long time prior to reaching the table. Hurstbourne Lane in Louisville.
@MacaroniGrill So far, you've got two strikes. Guy who sat us was very inconvenienced that we decided to dine at your establishment and then tossed our menus in a pile on the table and walked away before we got there. Stay tuned.
