Ohio State and Minnesota should just play the Big Ten Championship now. Maybe Penn State will give OSU a challenge in Happy Valley, but I don’t trust James Franklin. Blake Corum covered up Michigan’s problems yesterday, but someone will slow him down - maybe even Iowa.
I hope the verbally committed players for 2023 and those considering MSU for 2024 and beyond will see that they are very much needed and have a chance to start from Day 1. They can’t get here soon enough.
The defense is obviously horrific but Jay Johnson doesn’t deserve a pass either. Some of this playcalling is ass. Stop calling plays like you have a dominant offensive line or stud running back and get the ball to your playmakers at receiver.
Did people forget how decimated the program was when Dantonio left? Everyone thought it would be a 5 yr rebuild. Now Tuck overachieved severely in year 2 and everyone throws that timeline out the window. I’m upset too but we need to pump the brakes on getting rid of him.
I’d love to know why this is wasn’t the offensive game plan from the beginning, aaanddd there’s a fumble.
I never thought I’d say this on a college football Saturday, but thank God for the Lions!
