For Dems bitching about Trump’s appointments and plans, get over yourselves! Trump ran a better campaign that spoke to more people. Stop saying Trump is bad and start creating a new strategy that will appeal to the majority of Americans without compromising Dem values and ideals.

Of the billions of words created about the consequences of Trump's victory, no one has mentioned the farthest reaching outcome of the campaign. Trump, Vance, and their minions have taught a generation of kids that lying and making stuff up is a good way to win. Congrats America!

Today more than any other day, I miss journalism the way Walter Cronkite @CBSNews and Huntley and Brinkley at @NBCNews practiced it. No opinions, no spin doctors, no talking heads yelling over each other. Just credible news reporting people could trust.

Helping my long ago friend spread the truth about @elonmusk and his claims.

In the run up to the high-stakes 2024 presidential election, Elon Musk has posted a blizzard of false and misleading claims about the election on his social media platform that have generated more than two billion views this year… ⁦@MarshallCohencnn.com/2024/11/04/med…

My @Xfinity internet was down for six days after the hurricane. My bill comes and it is for the usual amount. The Xfinity Assistant says there are no credits for weather related events. I finally got through to a person who gave me a credit. You don’t get what you don’t ask for.

There is no perfect candidate so I voted for love over hate, inclusion over divisiveness, calm over drama, a woman's right to reproductive care, equality for all, and respect for the Rule of Law. When there is no good option based on issues, let's vote based on right vs. wrong.

Who else thinks @Xfinity customer service is the worst customer service on the planet? Used to be, companies made more people available to help customers after a unique event. @xfinity makes no one available, expecting us to be fine with the automated generic response.

I had the same problem last Saturday night. Showed up to a half empty restaurant and they wouldn’t seat me because they were booked with reservations. I wasn’t “denied access.” I didn’t have a reservation. Let’s not make this into something it is not. apple.news/AikKeNXwmSvOPv…

Historic. No matter which way you lean politically, today’s news is a once in a generation event. Biden’s announcement is right up there with LBJ’s decision not to run and Nixon’s resignation. Whatever comes next, we are witnessing history. apple.news/Amm6jITsrRhmMC…

Is anyone else bothered by all the news coverage of the Republican Convention? There is no news, it is just an Informercial. Next month’s Democratic convention will be just as bad. Conventions stopped being news when they stopped being open and anyone could grab the nomination.

With the passing of Bob Newhart, can we retire the word “legend?” His series finale of Newhart, when he ended up in bed with Suzanne Pleshette from his previous sitcom, was the greatest sitcom ending ever. I hope he is reunited with Don Rickles in heaven. apple.news/Agy6XMR-WQOGIK…

@GeorgeClooneyie⁩ calling for POTUS to step aside after POTUS said he wouldn’t doesn’t help the party Clooney has supported all his life. Clooney is a talented actor and businessman, but using his influence to change a moot point is not productive. yahoo.com/news/actor-geo…

There is an axiom that it takes a lifetime to build a reputation but only a single act to destroy it. Today’s SCOTUS decision on presidential immunity was the final nail in the coffin for its 248 year old reputation for impartiality.

The SCOTUS ruling giving POTUS immunity for “official” acts is awful. With a divided Congress not even close to resembling what the founders envisioned for checks and balances the ruling gives Trump and future presidents tons of opportunity for illegal and self-serving behavior.

We have an age minimum to run for President, why not an age maximum? Anyone else remember when this guy was forced to retire when he hit 65? I guess you can be too old to read off a teleprompter but still be trusted with the nuclear codes for another 15 or 20 years.

If you were appalled at our options for the important job in the world after last night’s debacle, here’s how to fix it: 1. Campaign finance reform. 2. Abolish the outdated electoral college system. 3. Term limits for Congress. 4. Neuter the RNC and DNC. 4. Open conventions.

If last night’s Presidential debate taught us anything, it is that our election process is broken. Hard to believe in a country of more than 330 million people the candidates we watched last night is the best we can do. America deserves better.

The big loser in tonight’s Presidential debate was not Joe Biden or Donald Trump. Nope, the big loser was the American people.
