Another thing about having mild autism this time is that parents with children with severe autism don’t believe you or they say my child is worse and going through worse than you to be fare autism isn’t a competition or a race everyone’s experience is unique and difficult

I have a question if you don’t mind me asking how do you help your child/adult children when there in a meltdown? ❤️ maybe you can give me ways to help myself

Has anyone tried any type of diet I’m on a sugar free diet and it’s doing great I decided to go sugar free because I knottiest every time I had a lot of sugar I would have multiple mood swings I would have swings after swings so I cut sugar out and I’m hardly having meltdowns ❤️

One of the hardest things about having autism is not being able to tell your loved ones what’s going on in your brain even though your verbal you know what’s wrong but can’t put it in to words don’t forget everyone’s autism diagnosis is unique please don’t compare severe/mild xxx

I’m bored 😑 let’s get to know me ask me questions about me I’ll be happy to answer it can be on how I cope with autism/or ADHD or both or anything about my life or if you have any ideas on how to cope better and help I would love to answer

Please with Halloween 🎃 coming please be aware some little people who are coming to your house might be non verbal or autistic please don’t be rude towards them you don’t know how hard there parents have tried to get them involved don’t forget it’s everyone’s Halloween 🎃

You know one of the saddest thing of having autism is being treated differently not feeling like you fit in or not feeling as important then others my one wish is to be excepted for my funny autistic self and that’s a wish for most autistics x
