The #Rays released photos of the damage inside Tropicana Field in the days following Hurricane Milton, and it's catastrophic.
Fed by Helene's moisture, a predecessor rain event in the Southern Appalachians prior to the hurricane's landfall caused record rainfall and flooding in September 2024. Increased humidity due to global warming likely boosted rainfall totals. Read more: climate.gov/news-features/…
