3 new participants have just started the program in Seto. We took them to the Shrine of Clay to pray to improve their wheeling skills. Now they are practicing, practicing and practicing.

One of the participants tried to make plaster molds under the guidance of the pottery master. If your itinerary is sufficient, you may be able to try something other than wheel throwing.

I visited our pottery studio in Seto last weekend. You can see the pieces made by Amber-san (our pottery master, Mr. Kato's assistant) in the gallery. She is not a full-time assistant. But when she is in the studio, she will help you.
We have received some photos from the person who is attending the course in Seto. Now is the most comfortable time just before the rainy season in Japan. Hope she will enjoy the life in Japan in addition to making pottery.
