Update for #janssubstitooths 2nd op last month - another 4 hours. 1 extracted, 2 additional implants, plus capping of all of them. So far so good. Final substitooths on track for February. It doesn’t always take this long. Stupid soft bones.

Almost Mother’s Day and I’ve just put my usually alcohol-avoidant 27 year old daughter to bed after a hen’s night. Bucket, water and Panadol on her bedside table. Weirdly - a great MD. I get to see her happy, a little silly, and I get to be a mum for one last time Yay! 🥰

Dental implants update 6 week visit. See the surgeon again in September to schedule next surgery for the screw caps But - he wants to also put 2 more implants in. So it’ll be another 6 months from that surgery before I’m ready for my final teeth #softbones #janssubstitooths
